Refund policy

We have a 21 day return policy, which means your item must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at crosswalksboutique@gmail.com, or go to https://shopify.com/62341087453/account to start the return on your own. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and purchases made at in-person or central checkout markets. These items are final sale.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Store Credit
Once approved you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card. The gift card will be sent to the email used to make the purchase. Please allow 4-5 business days to process your return.
